The only estate agents you should go with. They were fast ,efficient and all round fantastic; and we were the buyers! Not only did they help our seller ,the helped us from start to finish. All question's answered, approachable staff that responded superbly to any queries we had and issues we faced. I can not reccomend this estate agent enough. Brilliant service through and through. We were the buyers and felt very looked after. Would highly recommend. These guys made it work, in ways that only the God's know how. I'm in my dream home, at fantastic price and the lengths this company went to, was just astounding. My experience of this service has been very different from any dealings with estate agents in the past. Right from the start,  McArthur estate agents were very helpful, personable, friendly and honest. Communication throughout the sale process was prompt, plentiful and very professional and I cannot recommend this company enough. They really are a cut-above the rest! Sold my house thanks to Shaun and Matthew at McArthur estate agents. What a ride we have been on but without their patience and understanding with what I wanted I don't know were I would be, thankyou both for understanding. I have never sold a house before so this was new to me. I did not intend to be selling a house but due to unforseen circumstances I had no choice. The stress I though I would go through to my surprise did not happen. These guys did exactly what I asked them to do and from then I did not have to do anything apart from get a solictor involved whne it was sold. No harassing phone calls there comunication was clear and if I had any questions on what I needed to do they supported me with them. Trying to find the right estate agent is a minefield!!  Fortunately I backed a winner with Shaun McArthur and his wonderful team and am more than delighted!  From my first contact with Shaun himself, everything was perfect and when I visited the office I was welcomed like an old friend. Matt has been very helpful, keeping me informed at every stage of the proceedings and we have enjoyed talking about our shared love of motorbikes! Although the legal side of my property sale has been protracted and made tortuous by the buyers' solicitors, an inept leasehold management company and "red tape", I cannot fault McArthur Estate Agency at all and will certainly recommend them to my family and friends. Shaun and his team where extremely helpfull and kind throughtout, what sets him apart from the other is the knowledge and understanding of the local area and there ability to value properties not just based on the village but down to the street. One chriticism is the office is a little out of site and I found was ofton closed but I put this down to the team being small busy team. No big issue.
